Team building outdoors: what a day with us looks like
From the first call to a barbecue lunch: how we build a programme around your team, on Goč, in the spa town or at a venue anywhere in Serbia.
We design team building programmes around your company: team size, goals and the balance of competition, learning and relaxation that suits you. Here is what it looks like, from the first conversation to the end of the day.
1. The plan
First you tell us how many of you there are, how much time you have and what you want the team to take away. Based on that we suggest a venue and activities.
2. The venue
We run programmes on Goč mountain or in Vrnjačka Banja, and the Family Adventure team also comes to a venue near any city in Serbia, wherever we agree.
3. The activities
- Adventure games that need the whole team to work together
- Orienteering with a map and control points
- Quad tours on the forest roads of Goč
- Archery and guided walks
These activities build trust, communication and team spirit, and what the team learns carries over into the office.
4. Lunch outdoors
The active part is followed by a barbecue lunch or a picnic outdoors. Everything is led by sports teachers and people trained for outdoor activities, so you only need to think about your team.
